Oops, my box is not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has
not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

Cut off time is 7pm for next day free delivery. You can pass your order any day 24/7 before your delivery and choose your preferred day and date.

Actually on Monday and Thursday each week.

If you are not here to accept the delivery of the box, we will leave the box on your front door, or in the main entrance, in a hidden and undercover spot, where possible.

Nobody panic! If you can’t add an item to cart, it may unfortunately be an IT error or mistake.

Yes you can, if you have some allergy or if you have some fruits and vegetables you absolutely
don't want just write it in the note part saying NO Celery, NO eggplant. You can indicate us your preference fruits of vegetable instead.

Yes absolutely, they are all coming from Australian local producers for that depending of the season the composition of your box may change.

Woo, it’s on sale - so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale). Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

No! Once you have ordered a box, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. So nothing to be scared of.

Subscription Management

You have to create a user profile.

Yes you can. If you want to increase or decrease your delivery frequency just follow those 3 steps:

1. Login to your account,

2. Click Manage my subscription,

3. Click change frequency

Yes you can ! If you are going on
holidays you can just login to your account on and click manage my subscription then manage my upcoming orders and finally just indicate which future deliveries you would like to skip.

Yes you can ! like always only 3 simple steps, login to your account, then manage your subscription, and change the delivery day.

If you card is expired or cancelled, just follow the steps here after : login to your account, click on manage subscription, go to the payment information section and click on edit.

Yes you can do it in 3 simple steps,
login to your account, then manage your subscription, and go to address and shipping information section and edit your shipping address.

Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order
will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
