The bread that we are offering has 100% been made using Certified Organic ingredients and is being sourced from Bread & More

Handmade loaves are made with Wholegrain Milling’s Organic flour and natural sourdough bread process. There is no added yeast, preservatives, artificial additives, or flavors. It takes 36 hours to make these bread loaves.

The main ingredients are Organic White, Rye, Whole wheat flour, Iodised Salt, Levain, and water.

Levain is made from organic white flour, organic rye flour, and organic whole wheat flour.

Gluten-free Bread,  Organic Besan flour, Tapioca flour, olive oil, sesame, yeast, sunflower seed, salt, gaurgum, honey, linseed, water.

We make it easy for our customers to cut bread into slices. If you prefer it whole, please let us know by adding a note to your purchase.
