Sweet Mango Smoothie

Aside from being delicious. Mangoes are a good source of fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants, which means they support a healthy immune system and may fight chronic and inflammatory diseases. It also contain nutrients that support eye and skin health and are a good part of an overall healthy diet.

Create your Healthy Sweet Mango Smoothie:


  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Cup Fresh Coconut Water or Unsweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 Crushed Ice


  • Roughly chop the mango flesh into 1 cm square cubes
  • Place in a shallow container, cover and freeze for 3 hours, or until solid
  • Alternatively, use 3 – 4 roughly chopped frozen mango cheeks
  • Combine mango and coconut water in a blender or food processor and blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth, scraping down midway
  • Serve in a tall glass over ice
