Bickie Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup liquid coconut oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup coconut flakes toasted

Instructions:

• Process oats in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
• Add the desiccated coconut, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Pulse to combine.
• Roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball, then roll in the toasted coconut flakes. Transfer to a plate. • Continue with the remaining mixture.
• Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to chill.
